Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

• Local orders: 2 to 5 business days
• Domestic orders: 4 to 9 business days

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party logistics services.

Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details via SMS or email.

If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, any additional shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
